In retail, collaborating with creative like-minded people in a community space or big-name store will become even more important in order to create the engaging experiences that resonate with today’s ‘multitude’ consumers.
Similar to our recent post on Wakana, French fashion brand Agnès b also tapped into the ‘multi-shop’ trend and launched a lifestyle flagship store in Hong Kong, which for the first time globally includes a music shop, bookstore, as well as a florist, travel concept store, cafe and chocolate boutique.
“Rue de Marseille,” located in the K11 Art Mall of Hong Kong, demonstrates Agnes’ green spirit and care and attention to the quality of products. She collaborated with various independent brands and created the interior design with second-hand furnishing from various vintage markets from all over the world. The area is divided in two by the mall atrium. One side contains most of the clothing stores, while the other side includes the cafe, restaurant, chocolate shop, travel boutique and florist.
Agnes B proofs how small scale can add value and warmth by collaborating in a big scale multi-shop.
