I have more than many reasons (to fantasize about living) why I love San Francisco so much. The Californian hub with a European soul, is the perfect cultural mash-up of free love, hippies, hipsters, food, defining neighborhoods, lots of fog and steep hills lined with brightly painted Victorian homes.
Also, I love to be surrounded by water (I'm a Dutch girl,) and the city is surrounded by lot of open water; The Golden Gate Bridge- an Art Deco beacon in bold International Orange–stretches across the bay to the north, the Bay Bridge, currently illuminated in 25,000 LEDs as the world’s largest light sculpture, spans over to the east, and the Pacific Ocean extends out to the horizon on the west.
Below I have selected a couple of amazing San Francisco blend pix. From the classic walkabout views of the city, to the old & new interior designs. The San Franciscan interior design is often nothing but eclectic; from a couple of wooden lounge chairs; to a Jielde floor lamp; to a wrought iron bed frame; to an overgrown houseplant. Basically, all right up my alley.
