Many people, especially the ‘iGeneration,’ will find it difficult to imagine life pre-internet including all other forms of technology. Most of us are on the Internet every day and unaware that this affects us.
The internet changes the way we think, work and even our brains.
This constant 24/7 access to technology is rewiring us to the extent that we are losing certain cognitive kills, such as focus, patience and reflection, inability to engage in in-depth thought, fragmented and distracted thinking.
These might not necessarily be harmful, but definitely worth educating yourself on.
