1127  For some rain is soothing, medititive, and (when not caught outside in it) quite beautiful. For the most of us here (having to deal a lot with water) Holland is a country where anything wet that comes from the skies is usually perceived as something negative. For Paris-based photographer Christophe Jacrot this kind of weather forms a source of inspiration and he definitely did a great job at capturing the most horrible weather days in different cities around the world and turn them into photographic art.
