Anthony Vaccerello a Belgian-Italian designer showed in Paris his spring 2012 collection. It is very refreshing to see that young designers are giving us a different view on fashion, providing us with clothes that real women want to wear. It seems that the fashion dictate of the last decades is finally being replaced by fresh views of designers like Alexander Wang, Philip Lim and now Anthony Vaccerello. I am very happy they are "filling" the global catwalk, especially since this means (among others) that we will be finally released from retro fashion: ... if you want to dress up in forties style ... "go for the real thing!" Youngsters allover the world are standing up against the establishment, it seems something similar is occurring in the fashion world.
In order to go for the future we should live it: with garments we haven't seen before, fitting the needs of contemporary women.
